COVID-19 Health & Safety Update

On March 19, 2020, Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-33-20 directing all residents immediately to heed current State public health directives to stay home, except as needed to maintain continuity of operations of essential critical infrastructure sectors and additional sectors as the State Public Health Officer may designate as critical to protect health and well-being of all Californians.

In accordance with this order, cannabis has been declared “essential” under Healthcare & Public Health and for the time being, Moonflower will continue to operate with state and local approval.

New Delivery Standards

Drivers will not be shaking or touching hands with customers.
Drivers may wear gloves, especially when handling cash and packing orders inside the facility.
Drivers will stand with a large distance between themselves and the customer when handing off the order.
Drivers have hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes for use between each delivery.
Drivers will be signing the phones for customers so you don’t have to touch the screen.
All team members are frequently washing their hands throughout the day!
We are increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitization of surfaces in our facility.

How to use TreezPay

When are funds taken out of my bank account?

The transaction typically appears the same day.

How do I cancel a payment?

Please contact the merchant directly if you wish to cancel your payment for an order that has not yet been picked up or delivered.

If your order has been confirmed and picked up or delivered, your payment has been authorized and you cannot cancel the payment.

Can I tip after receiving my order?

If you’d like to add a tip for your driver after receiving your order, check your phone for a text with a link to add tip.

You’ll see the following screen pop up and you can select a pre-set amount, or hit Enter Custom Amount.

What are my transaction limits?

The total dollar amount of your purchase after taxes cannot exceed $999.99.

State and local limits on the amount of cannabis products you can purchase are still in effect.

How do I change, add, or deactivate a linked bank account?

Changing and Adding a New Bank Account

With Stronghold, you’re able to add multiple bank accounts at once, and they’ll be saved for the next time you order!

To add a new bank account, all you have to do is wait for the next time you’re going to order from the merchant, and you’ll be prompted to link an account upon checkout.

Some merchants will send a link to pay after you order, in which case you can link a new account when you recieve that payment link via text.

You should see a button that says Link Bank AccountPay online, Pay with Bank Account, or something similar.

Unlinking or Deactivating Your Bank Account

If you’d like to remove a bank account or unlink your bank account, you can do so the next time you order from the merchant.

Either during checkout, or afterward when you receive a link to pay, you’ll see a list of the bank accounts you’ve already linked.

You can then click Remove next to the account you no longer want to have linked to your profile.

If you are not going to reorder and simply want the account deactivated, you can request for the merchant to deactivate your account, or email us at happiness@stronghold.co with your Name, Phone, and Email and last 4 digits of the account.

How does my money get refunded if I return an item?

In most instances, refunds will be credited back to you by the merchant from whom you ordered.

Some merchants may add store credit to your account, or prefer to refund in cash.

Contact the merchant first for any refund inquiries.

What type of payment is this?

We use ACH (electronic, bank to bank transfers) to facilitate your payment.

What information is provided to the merchant or business?

Your personal financial information is never shared with the business.

Stronghold will provide the merchant with your full name, email address, and phone number (if required by the merchant) associated with your profile.

Bank Not Supported

We have close to 12,000 connections to both large and small financial institutions across the country, and it’s possible that some of the smaller credit unions are sometimes unsupported. 

Security Verification

When you attempt to link your checking account you need to pass the security steps that are set up for the account. If you cannot do this successfully (i.e. answer security questions or complete a 2FA request) you won’t be able to link your account. 

Insufficient Balance

If you do not have a sufficient balance in your account to cover the purchase, you will not be able to finish the transaction with Stronghold.

When do you deliver to Sonoma County?

Currently we deliver to four cities in Sonoma County; Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Cotati, and Santa Rosa. We deliver every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday between the hours of 11am-2pm. Sonoma County orders must be placed by 9am on scheduled delivery days for same-day delivery. We’ll be expanding into more Sonoma County cities soon!

Can Moonflower deliver to my workplace or favorite hang out spot?

Yes of course, cannabis is legal my friends. We can deliver to any address except for public parks, K-12 schools, or government agencies.

How long does it take to get my delivery?

Marin County orders can expect delivery within 15-60 minutes (depending on traffic and location). Sonoma County orders can expect delivery during the scheduled 2-hour window on selected days.

What documents are needed for identification?

Customers must present a valid government-issued ID or Passport for age verification. Patients under the age of 21 must provide a valid cannabis recommendation from a licensed CA doctor.

What taxes are added to cannabis?

The State of California requires a 15% cannabis excise tax. The City of San Rafael requires a 4% cannabis business tax for retailers. Both the state excise tax and city tax are already built in to the prices shown on our menu.  You can expect to pay regular sales tax upon check out.

What types of discounts does Moonflower offer?

Moonflower offers 10% off every order for veterans and seniors 65+.

What is your return policy?
